Tandem Paragliding
Take to the sky in a whole new way with Zion Paragliding! You will witness the most incredible view, as you float leisurely over the jungles of Dominical and the Pacific ocean. Often times, even witnessing the popular "whales tail" land formation in Uvita.
If booked, this excursion will take place the morning of our day trip to Dominical .

Flying Trapeze Workshop
Head over to Airborne Arts to soar and swing with incredible trapeze experts! This truly special property has views of the country's largest waterfall, as well as the pacific ocean. You will end the day feeling proud of your capability and grateful for the nature surrounding you.

Clay Ceremony
The ultimate skin treatment! Paint yourself in locally sourced blue clay, and then soak your cares away in cool river waters that flow down from the Chirripo mountains.

Tune out the stressors and distractions of everyday life. Let the vibrations of the singing bowls, sooth you into a deep meditative state. Leaving you feeling calm and recentered.

You will receive a combination of deep tissue massage and therapeutic joint stretching, during this restorative treatment.

Service Details
Transportation
Private transport from San Jose to Rancho La Bontija will be included in your price quote.
Transportation to meal destinations and optional excursions
will be provided by your host.
Groups of 5+ will require additional taxi services, that must be paid independently.
Accommodations
Accommodations at Rancho La Bontija, will be booked on your behalf. The property consists of spacious gardens and walking trails, children's play space, lookout/viewing tower, as well as a beautiful pool and patio area.
Your host, Ashley, lives only minutes away. She will be available to assist you at any time.
Meals
Breakfast will be provided at your hotel on each day of your stay.
Lunch and dinner must be paid for independently.
There is a restaurant (Antojos de Maiz) conveniently located within walking distance of your accommodations. Your host can also recommended many alternative restaurant options, as well as provide your transportation.
Day Trips
Transportation will be provided on two separate days, to explore Dominical Beach & Eco Chontales Waterfall. Day trips will be scheduled by your host and listed in your custom retreat plan.
Entry fee to Eco Chontales must be paid independently. A restaurant is located on site at the waterfall for lunch. Dominical holds multiple wonderful options for food and shopping! Debit & credit cards are accepted at both locations. Cash only while shopping at the beach market.
